We offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at Hello@evrwild.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and unused. Any product that has been used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

All Evrwild Kayaks serial or Hull Identification Numbers (HIN’s) begin with AGC. They are 12 digits long and are located on the starboard (right) side of your watercraft near the stern (rear).

Your kayak can be stored on padded supports or strap spaced approximately 1/3rd from each end. Do not store your kayak on its hull and do not hang your sit-on-top kayak by the handles or scuppers, as this will damage the kayak. 

Yes! All Evrwild kayaks are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is 100% recyclable! Contact your local recycling center for more details. 

All Evrwild Kayaks are proudly manufactured in Wisconsin, where they are hand assembled and  individually inspected for top quality. 

We offer free shipping for all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. We can only accept shipments to a valid street address.
Orders received before 12PM Central Standard Time will typically be processed within one business day. Orders received after 12PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may vary.
Our standard shipping time is typically 3 business days for orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Shipping times for orders outside the contiguous United States may vary.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order's status.

Your Evrwild Kayak is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which is a very durable material that requires minimal care.

All that will typically be needed is a quick rinse of fresh water to keep your kayak clean and functioning smoothly. A thorough rinse is recommended after paddling in salt water to remove all residue.

In addition, for maximum protection of your Kayak, we recommend applying an ultraviolet protectant, such as a 303 protectant at the beginning and end of each paddling season.
